  The hotel was in the perfect place to enjoy down town life whilst also being far enough from the main drag for the hotel to be quiet and peaceful; the facilities were excellent; the log fire was fantastic; the staff were exceptionally helpful. In particular, Sheron (concierge), Diana (concierge), Brenda (catering team) and Ashley, were enthusiasti... what people say » c and delightful. Sheron was a huge help (she helped frame a picture for a wedding present - a task which was above and beyond her remit). Brenda alwa - We stayed in the heart of the old historic district. The first night we got there we asked the concierge about a ghost tour we wanted to do. She took care of everything. She suggested the tour she thought was the best for what we were looking for and she called to reserve a spot for us. She also got us tickets for the trolley for our historic tour. Her suggestion for where we should eat dinner was excellent. All this at no extra charge. Very helpful and you can tell she enjoys her job.

  Clean rooms, gym and indoor pool was a plus. Also like the Zip out service where you could check out from your room. Location. Right next to Six Flags and other shopping areas - The great location and the bed was very comfortable. Close to six flags. Very helpful and nice staff.

  After a long & late train trip from FL we were greeted by Sade. Her wonderful smile, friendly & warm attitude and her enthusiasm greeted us. She was able to answer our questions & give us directions to our restaurant. So we had a fabulous first impression. During our 3 day stay all of the staff we encountered was extremely nice & v... what people say » ery friendly. Our room was always spic & span when we returned from a sightseeing. It was fantastic stay! - Without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, well- trained and delightful. There was a complimentary buffet in the early evening with free beer or soft drinks, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast is $12 and well worth it. We had delicious omlettes cooked to our own specification and everything else you could possibly want for breakfast. The room was very clean and pleasant. Our stay here was very enjoyable.

  Leslie working at the front desk was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic. She really seemed to enjoy her job. It was a great funky little place, at a great price, and not far away from everything in historic Savannah.   I absolutely loved my stay. The room was extremely clean. The beds were so comfy, I couldn't even lay back to watch television without falling asleep.   Location and price was key! We went to the Lakers game at the Philips Arena which was 3 minutes away. Talk about convenience! Also the price was extremely reasonable for the location. None of the other hotels could compare to that price with that location. Overall I had an awesome stay and will return next month for the Rihanna concert!   I loved the balcony! I loved the bed, the quality of the blanket we located in the closet because it was a little cool on the balcony. I loved the bar and the bartender Kianna, she was so cool. And Jerry at the front desk was amazing as well.   i loved that it was just across the street from the river shops. bed was very comfortable as were the linens. the room was beautiful... the woman at the front desk day shift was very pleasant and helpful..both in answering questions and again upon checkout.. this was a big splurge for my almost 50th birthday and we got a decent price at letsbookh... what people say » otel.com but as nice as it was i doubt we would be able to stay here again.. but for the type of place it is prices are comprable. we will tell others - The staff was so friendly and helpful. My daughter had a severe allergy attack and had to go to the hospital. They gave directions and sympathy. Julia at the desk saw to anything we needed. The room was very comfortable. Liked the turn down service. The breakfast that had gotten bad reviews has gone up several notches. It was a complete array of food.
