  Leslie working at the front desk was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic. She really seemed to enjoy her job. It was a great funky little place, at a great price, and not far away from everything in historic Savannah.   The staff was extremely professional and curtious. This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton and I will definately return! Thank you to the entire staff!!! - The hotel was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about our stay. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it!

  I really liked the gentlemen that operate the front desk, they were both very kind and informative. I liked that my particular room had a microwave and a refrigerator, as well as an iron & ironing board, of which I utilized all of these during my stay. I also liked that it was located within a decent walking distance from the World Congress Co... what people say » nvention Center, although for my conference, there was a shuttle bus that picked up at the corner of Baker & Cortland and I never had to walk. Thi - Hotel staff are very helpful friendly. Front desk staff are always willing to help (from changing batteries in remote, giving directions to Downtown, and they seem to "know where to buy what"). Cleaning lady was really nice. The location is excellent for walking downtown and making all other areas of Atlanta accessible. They have it written somewhere that "we'll leave the lights on for you". To Motel 6 Atlanta Downtown Northeast, I also say, "leave the lights on because I'll surely come back

  I loved the view. I liked how peaceful it was. The room was clean and the front desk service was very good. The girls were up-beat and made me believe they enjoyed being there (even if they really didn't). I will be back to Jekyll for the 100th time, soon, and WILL stay at your facility. The food in the restaurant was gourmet quality and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we didn't bring pets we loved how pet friendly it is. Very clean considering the age of the place. Beach access was simple and easy. We loved it.

  Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. Great hotel. John helped us from the moment he greeted us at 2:00 AM at the front doors of the hotel until the moment we left the hotel. Ou... what people say » tstanding employee. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helped us enjoy our stay. We were up early the next morning, and the maid/ - Staff Room Cleanliness The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
