  We appreciate their great service and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable -- great pillows! We and many others enjoyed the wine that was served every evening in the lobby between 5:00 - 6:00 PM. It is a beautiful historic holel with a museum and a great restaurant. - Fantastic location, close to all attractions. Lovely rooms.... what people say » Extremely friendly and helpful staff who cannot do enough for you. The Blue Mermaid restaurant is excellent. We will definately be returning to the Argonaut soon!

  When we arrived, they were unloading brand new mattresses for all the rooms...Nice! It's a newly renovated hotel going for the "boutique" category. I'd say they were a success with that effort. I'd definitely stay again! - I thought it was very elegant, clean and in a great location. The room was very large, had a comfortable bed, and all the amenities I needed for an excellent stay.
