  The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I grew up in Greenwich 50 years ago and this was my first trip back to see old friends I had grown up with. The Hyatt Greenwich was outstanding in every way, which was the topper for a trip down memory lane!

  There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   great hotel for the money and location conditions were immaculate micro and fridge were nice extra plenty to see and do in area lots of dining choices within walking distance one of the best hotels we have stayed at - Moderately Priced.   We had an entirely positive experience when we stayed at the Ramada Groton/Mystic. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the front desk. Check in was a breeze...The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The restaurant attached was delicious - the pool and spa were crystal clear and very clean.
