  All of the staff were very friendly. On the morning I left it was drizzling rain outside and they had several umbrellas by the door for our use. Also the person in the breakfast area was so nice and helpful plus was keeping everything very neat and clean.   Very nice decor, comfortable bed, clean & updated bathrooms, breakfast was decent and hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of local area. - Hotel was very clean and Staff was super nice. Also close to Verizon Arena which is where we were going to for a concert.

  This was the first time my wife and I had stayed at Simmons Suites, and we enjoyed the whole experience. Easy to get to off of Exit 88, it was clean, somewhat upscale for the price we paid for the room, and it was a very good overall experience. The breakfast was good and included hot fresh foods. We didn't have time to get in the pool or hot tub,... what people say » but would have enjoyed it. I can't think of anything we didn't like about it, and we'd definitely stay there again. - I thought it was a great suite!!! We loved the location, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the fantastic continental breakfast, and the service!!! Thank you for everything. We hope to come back there again soon and would love to see this expand to other cities in and out of Arkansas! In other words, we were quite happy and appreciative!

  We always stay there when we are town. It is always quite. The sheets could be whiter but they where clean.   I liked that from the moment you walked into the door that you felt like you had chosen the right place. The lady that was working the night we arrived was very nice, made fresh hot coffee and treated us like old friends. She even got out a menu of a well known place to eat, gave us a local magazine of places to visit, and was just as friendly to ... what people say » others that walked into the door. The breakfast in the morning was hot, pretty good, and lots to chose from. - I can honestly say that the personnel there was extremely friendly and outgoing. They really made it a great place to stay. The room was clean and had everything that I needed to relax and also be able to work as well. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast as well which was odd because at other hotels the food is no where near what Aspen had. I will definitely be back and would even recommend it to others.
