  The location and level of service we received for what we paid was excellent. The shuttle driver, clerks and staff were all very pleasant and helpful.   We visited Hot Springs for our anniversary and stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend. My husband and I enjoyed the large 2 room king suite, we both took notice of how clean the hotel was, wonderful friendly staff, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever encountered. We also enjoyed massages at the spa which was heavenly. - The bed were... what people say » exceptionally comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. The location is an easy walk (or a quick shuttle ride) into town. I appreciated the door between the living room and bedroom so one person could sleep if the other stayed up.

  The entire facility was modern, clean and centrally located for our purposes. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was huge, clean and well-maintained.
