  I love this hotel. The bed was a cloud, they gave me a warm cookie when I checked in, the in-room coffee was good, the bathroom was clean and beautiful. $9/day for in/out from the underground car park. I had a perfect view of the river. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles and pick you up for free. I came back and had a glass of wine at the intimate hotel bar - Great location to walk around downtown Little Rock. We had great view of river. The bartender, Bruce, was very friendly and service was great. Clarence, the assistant manager was very accommodating. Will stay again.

  We visited Hot Springs for our anniversary and stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend. My husband and I enjoyed the large 2 room king suite, we both took notice of how clean the hotel was, wonderful friendly staff, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever encountered. We also enjoyed massages at the spa which was heavenly. - The bed were... what people say » exceptionally comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. The location is an easy walk (or a quick shuttle ride) into town. I appreciated the door between the living room and bedroom so one person could sleep if the other stayed up.
