  I loved the price and the ease of booking. It was also awesome to have free wifi in the hotel room. The other nice thing is that it is conveniently located in downtown Pinetop.   we were really scared at first to book here because of it's bad reviews. Im glad we didnt pay attention th them. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were absolutely friendly. The location is very convenient. Close to stores, gas, shopping, restaurants.   This motel was undergoing renovation so some things were good and some bad. Walls newly painted and bathroom was retiled but carpet was dirty and heavily stained. Furniture was old and worn. Tv did not work but was repaired when I reported it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. - Price
