  We loved Ashley at the pool bar and Marcello, the beach keeper! They were both the Most Friendly at the hotel! We weren't happy with the folks at the front desk! Not friendly and didn't notify us when our room was ready! We were about to leave at 4:45 when they never contacted us that the room was ready. I amI afraid if we waited for the front desk to notify us, we would have slept at the pool! - All the staff was very nice. And helpfull. I am a diabetic and needed to eat fast one night after most of the restaurants had closed. The front desk gave me the phone number of a restaurant that was close and they deliverd fast. Great customer service, couldn't of asked for more. Exeeded my expectations.

  We had a suite room, which was very nice. More like a condo than a hotel room. Lots of accessible outlets a plus. Breakfast was exceptional with real silverware and plates. When we got there the room rate was advertised lower then when we originally booked online and the desk clerk was helpful in getting the room rate adjusted to the lower advertised rate. A savings of $40.00. letsbookhotel.com was also very accommodating in this room rate adjustment. The guy working in the breakfast buffet area was very nice and was very quick to assist my child at the drink station. I would recommend any looking for a nice hotel on a budget and family to consider staying on a leisure visit. Very quiet with a relaxing atmosphere.

  We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is approximately 5 minutes from the beach itself.
