  We loved Ashley at the pool bar and Marcello, the beach keeper! They were both the Most Friendly at the hotel! We weren't happy with the folks at the front desk! Not friendly and didn't notify us when our room was ready! We were about to leave at 4:45 when they never contacted us that the room was ready. I amI afraid if we waited for the front desk to notify us, we would have slept at the pool! - All the staff was very nice. And helpfull. I am a diabetic and needed to eat fast one night after most of the restaurants had closed. The front desk gave me the phone number of a restaurant that was close and they deliverd fast. Great customer service, couldn't of asked for more. Exeeded my expectations.

  We had a suite room, which was very nice. More like a condo than a hotel room. Lots of accessible outlets a plus. Breakfast was exceptional with real silverware and plates.   The facility was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Amenities expected with the cost of the hotel - hair dryer, coffee pot, etc. Would certainly recommend on this basis. - Inside was lovely and rooms were nice....shower head had good water pressure too!   Customer service was above and beyond when my boyfriend wanted to set up a room to propose to me in, they handled everything and did it fast enough that I never knew! ;) - Needless to say, the BEDS! I love Hampton's beds. But that being said, the staff were wonderful and the overall experience was excellent.
