Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. -

WOW! What a great hotel for the price! In a great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. We were only there for one night but would stay again. The bed was HUGE and super comfortable, could have done with larger pillows. The parking lot can get a little crowded as people check in. Did not get up early enough to eat breakfast. -

that there was a workout room and the equipment worked. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was nice. it smelled good. the woman at the front desk was wonderful. The free breakfast was decent. -

We went to attend a play and the location of the hotel, as well as the rates, were perfect for us. I've stayed at other hotels that were budget-friendly and I got what I paid for. Best Western was definitely a different situation. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was awesome. I will stay there any time I'm in Raleigh. Continental breakfast was also a nice treat.
