What I have like thr best is that is close to thr subway, easy to get into thr city with no much problem and for that they have a pick up shuttle. Allergic to dust so I know when the place is dirty. The place is very clean and organized, the personal clean the rooms everyday, and well no complains about it. We stayed for one night, because the day after we were leaving from La Guardia Airport, so we didn't want to be far away from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. Very friendly staff! Our room was very clean and big enough (2 persons).

Granite top bath is nice for inn level. Nice design. Very friendly employees, convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean. it was near shopping movie theatre and resturants. Staff friendly. clealiness. Shuttle was able to accomodate disabled comfortably & safely helped wheelchair-bound guest on & off vehicle. The fridge and microwave in the rooms. Friendly staff. Bring your own bar soap, I didnt like the smell or the texture of the little bar soap when you take a bath. Thats an advice nfor future traveller's. Not alot of parking, but i would imagine that is not a big deal if you are flying in and out. Breakfast area is very tiny for volume of guests. Although the selection is amazing, it's hard to actually get what you want because of line ups and lack of room ... The fact that when I phoned to tell them I'd be checking in late, they couldn't find my reservation. Reason: letsbookhotel.com ran together my middle name and my surname. They knew this might be the case, but only looked for my first name and last name. This is a letsbookhotel.com problem and should be fixed. I like full breakfast, not continental, that being said I didn't expect more then a continental so I was not really disappointed. Worst location ever for a hotel. Never expected that bad. Too limited breakfast. Should have more choice. Allow to sit only 20 minutes? Nothing much to eat and it will not take more than 20 minutes. Too limited parking lot for the hotel. Street parking? No. Nothing. the airplane noise. One day they forgot to clean room. Did not have breakfast bags-to-go ready when we came down to take shuttle to lag. Desk person recommended leaving three hrs. Before flighttime. Parking is horrible. To pay that amount of money and have to park in the street wasnt cool. 1)I had 2 rooms there were a 90.00 (180.00) charge per room for security/insurance purpose. My card were only credited 80.00 2) room inproperly cleaned bood stain on bed pillow when guest services were notified , it took far too long for a response.
