  Everything! And we own a cleaning business and are super picky. The staff was more than wonderful! They worked so hard everyday, cleaning the grounds, doing maid refreshes on the rooms, maintaining the beautiful plants on site, etc. they were lively and pleasant. It was like we knew them prior, to our arrival. they were so aware of all guests and ... what people say » that makes it a quiet place to stay, they seem like a no nonsense establishment. the beds were so comfortable with great quality linens, pillows, etc. - The price was great! Great internet connection, clean room. There was a microwave, refridgerator, flat screen tv with cable channels. Across the street from the beach. The hotel owner didn't have any problem letting us check in early when we arrived.

Had to cancel 2 nights, our flight was rescheduled because of the storm in nyc, never charged us any fees (though it was a very short notice, less than 24 hours) .
