Lovely breakfast included in the price. Excellent value for money. Close to the airport with free (tip the driver though) shuttle bus. Get the number of the hotel first and phone them from the airport to arrange collection. Lovely garden at the back. Spacious rooms, clean rooms, separate sleeping area with door, great pool area/courtyard, close to spring training facilities for many teams. Never tried dining there. Would definitely stay again on next visit to Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

very nice hotel, very clean rooms. The staff really care about the guests. great food at the restaurant and very friendly staff...All in all, this is a great hotel and we would always book it when coming to Phonix fro business... Loved how the pool was surrounded by the rooms. It was nicely enclosed. The shuttle drivers were also very nice and informative - especially Joe. Rooms were spacious and nice - having a fridge in the room was a bonus. When we checked in the front desk attendant was excellent and when we checked out the front desk attendant (Mr Mark Hayes) was also very excellent... Very polite, patient, helpful. We were very impressed!. I stayed here to attend baseball games throughout Phoenix. It is very close to the airport and easily available to the baseball fields. It is very close to freeway access. Free Wi-Fi. - The room was very big - breakfast was good (omlet, sausages, potato + all usual things) - the personal was great and friendly - facilities were great. Felt safe, room was large and clean, overall very nice hotel and not extremely expensive. Location worked well for having the freeway access so close. Room was great very comfortable maid staff very friendly. Option to include breakfast with room reservation price. Large rooms with plenty of amenities for a good price. Surprisingly nice room. Room was nice size, comfortable, clean. Adult son slept in the sofa bed in the sitting room section. Bed wasn't made up even though we asked in advance. First room was over a deafening generator type thing in the car park. They moved us no problem though. Nothing bad to say. One guy at the front desk was not very helpful. Breakfast buffet was priced right but the selection was limited and didn't look or taste fresh. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. When we decided to go in the pool area (eve) there were a group of people all smoking cigars. This rule was not monitored and it was a turn-off so we went back to the room. Was not able to order any movies so just watched tv. - You should call for shuttle (it is not coming periodically). No staff at front desk when we checked out so we just left the keys. My only complaint was an odor of urine in the toilet room. Otherwise room very clean. Computers very slow and gates didn't except both of are keys. Nothing. The fan from the heating cooling unit was really loud it was fortunate we didn't need much heat or cooling. Staff was occasionally hard to find. Room was very hot and muggy when we checked in, and smelt pretty badly like smoke. Food was very poor . This was convenient for getting to airport not necessarily a good spot for a leisure vacation. The location. The shuttle service was a joke, absolutely horrible!! The staff was not friendly. The Internet was not available in my room. The business center had 2 computers, 1 wasn't working, and the printer didn't work. The room was next to an intersection and the window let in ALL the NOISE. The A/C was very loud. Could not sleep. Confusion with booking I thought the room was paid for not reserved!.
