The location was great, close to light rail and downtown where I attended a conference. The breakfast area was never too crowded, lots of room, staff refilling supplies, the day time hostess was great, helpful, made sure that we got a flat screen tv in our room and gave us good directions. The best feature about this hotel is their pool, clean, heated and a joy to spend time at with a hot tub. Also a plus was free access to the la fitness located across the street.

How they can improve their service is better tv hd reception and selection of channels, also yogurt & whole grain bread with the breakfast, the selection was pretty good, loved the orange juice and bagels c/ cream cheese. The shower is hard to manage..meaning the temperature control... Water in shower or sinks would not get hot or warm, Shower curtain rod needed to be secured to wall. Coffee Maker did not work never turned water hot coffee came out cold. Plumbing... poor water pressure and slow hot water. the coffee pot in our room didnt work had to go to lobby to get coffee. A little bit unclean. Lighting kind of dim in the rooms. Room heater needs repair, temp. control dial is stripped. Bathroom toilet leaking -made noise all nite. Floor has rust stains, walls dirty and stained. Beds had no bedspread or comforter. The old, worn box springs were torn and visible because the beds were not covered nicely. Why? The phone was not plugged into the wall, buttons were missing and there was no alarm clock in the room. I felt as though they put us in an old room that is rarely used. Hotel is dated. Stayed in a suite because the room was not ready. problems with water faucets in shower. Unable to get right. All 3 of us college graduates tried. we were booked in the same room as another, breakfast was generic, neighborhood?. Rooms dated and in need of repair. Housekeeping skipped on things like vacuuming between beds and changing sheets. I didnt like the breakfast. shower water would not turn off and coffee maker did not work. Staff was not cop first night but very coperative later on. Basic breakfast. Room was not as advertised on letsbookhotel.com. Desk Clerks Lie and Are Deceptive and Will Charge You More Than Your On Line Booking Price. Had to go down from 4th floor for blankets Because they don put them on the beds, water pressure was very low , staff on site attitude was a bit take it or leave it pretty much I specifically requested a late check out but they were knocking on my door at 11 am sharp, 2 in room coffee machines failed to work after going down stairs for the second unit someone finally brought one that worked. It was shabby. Room decoration and fixtures in desperate need of updating. This hotel has obviously recently converted from being a Day's Inn. Had I known that when making my reservation I would not have booked it. hotel needs remodeling. Nice pool. This hotel is a two star not a three. I felt like I was mislead. The pictures on the site are much better than the actual location. I checked in and immediately wanted to relocate to another hotel but the manager said that I would have to pay for a full night even though I had only been there for 30 mins. I will never stay there again and may think several times before using this site again. The hotel needs to be renovated in the worse way. The breakfast buffet was empty an hour before it ended. The carpets were filthy, paint all chipping off, tiles in bathroom falling off and grimy. I didn't even take a shower here bc it was so nasty. Front desk lied three times about HBO.Front door handle broken did not get coofie the secound day.Handle on hot water came off in my hand.Carpet is fithy.AC Coil dirty.Trafic noise.did not get what I asked for on letsbookhotel.com.The tv are not flat screen and are old.Should I go on?. Plumbing noise adjucent to my room, the old building smell, the dingy luby, very poor lighting of the room. The breakfast area was very poor and unappitizing. It did not worth the amount of monry they charge you. Over all very very very poor and I would never go back there or recommend it for any body to stay there. 1. Phone did not work. 2. Unpatched holes in bathroom. 3. Not enough lights. 4. Coffee maker did not work. 5. TV problems 6. Lots of road noise 7. Management unresponsive.
