The staff were wonderful and very accomodating, the atmosphere was wonderful. The most friendly and helpful staff I met on a trip including 8 hotels. Staff is amazing!! Rooms are a good size. The pool is beautiful. They have a functional yet small fitness room. The restaurant is very good. Front desk staff and amenities were great. Bar/restaurant were excellent. Pool and rooftop deck were a bonus. Most comfortable beds ever!. Everything! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is accomodating, the pool was incredible, and Gallo Blanco was perfection, as always. Modern décor, free snacks and bottled water/soda, Kuerig coffee maker in room, free parking, friendly staff. The first hotel to give out endless supply of beverage and water, friendly, helpful, and the meals are ok. The hotel had a vegas pool kinda feel. It was nice to be in a hotel that catered to the young traveler. the pool the atmosphere and local history art was great. also meely who checked me out was amazing. I would best describe it as a Boutique Hotel. .. Fancy and Friendly... no matter your gender or sexual orientacion. Room was next to pool and it was pretty noisy. No real sound proofing. I thought that the surprise $20 sur-charge for wifi, parking (which are free at most hotels) bike rental (assuming I want a bike) and free calls (phones in our room weren't working) was a bit rich. The hall mirror needs a light over it. Bartender was not friendly at all. Bathroom fan did not work; hairdryer did not work in bathroom. Left room at 7am and returned at 4:30pm-housekeeping had not been in yet. Being "babysat" at the pool - having staff accuse us of having alcohol and then being "inappropriate.". Additional $20 charge on top of room rate, poor lighting in bathroom. Breakfast starts too late. I couldn't afford to miss my flight. Hotel elevator was a bit slow, but other than that it was fine. Miscommunication of charges...other than that had a great stay. -nothing. N/A. Very noisy, added resort fees for basic amenities. There is a $20 per day resort fee. Not sure what this covers and seems like an added cost for nothing. Carpeting in rooms could use shampooing. Parking lot is open and unsafe. Bathroom shower (very low pressure head), toiletries (very cheap) They charge twenty dollars for service, and they could have easily provide complimentary breakfast rather than giving out some chips/granola bars out of a little basket. Lobby is very small and noisy. Carpets in hallway are dirty. we noticed that a couple of the rooms near us were being treated for bed bugs. the linens were old and tattered. we were not very happy about having to ask the front desk for water, rather inconvenient. the service at the restaurant (breakfast) was horrible. I liked it all.
