I thought this hotel was nice and worth the money. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and it was nice. Staff was very nice and they were quick to help you with towels etc. I will be back and stay again whenever I come back to pensacola. this is a budget hotel not a high class one so stop the negativity and being so picky and downing this hotel, its a very nice place. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I ran a bit passed check-out but they didn't have a problem. Many restaurants close by.
all reviews » It was really close to food and stores and a easy drive to the beach. Was clean and nice. Room had lots of room for me and my family with my small child. Nice staff..clean room...CHEAP...and less than 10 minute from beach. The room was really big and clean.the wifi worked excellent!. rooms very spacious and clean. my over all stay was nice. Very clean GREAT staff. the hostress is nice. nice for the price. The room was very roomy and the bed was comfortable. Hotel is only good for a one night stay or weekend that's all.but they r in a good location. The parking lot was clean. Nothing. no breakfast. It is older but was clean. Nothing. needs more space to HANG UP your clothes besides over the sofa.... I could not use my small grill to do some grilling and no microwave in my room but had a stove. T.V. kind'a old. the smell is not good. we could never get coffee even though it was suppose to be available in the office, the room needs lots of maintenance, the shower curtain fell and hit me in the head. Poor management very rude and no amenities , the pool wasn't open on time, to much traffic in and out at night. The room had a odor ,it was out dated,mold in bathroom.In my opinion this is a motel for rent by the hour,and should not be recommended for a family.would not recommend this to anyone. The rooms were horrible.. The bathrooms were in bad condition & the sheets and mattress & box springs were stained and gross!. the room smelled of mold, had to go to the office several times just to get towels and toilet paper, staff was rude and not helpfull, lots of shady activity at night in parking lot. Everything. Mold in refridgerator and staff was rude. Disgusting!. It said the room would be only $100 but I had to pay $125. The 2nd day we went out they didn't clean our rooms. They said it was because we left something on the bed. One of their towels was on the bed. They didn't give us clean towels or toilet tissue. They left the door unlocked and when we came back that afternoon they gave me excuses as to why they didn't clean the room like the housekeeper was sick and that was why the room wasn't clean.
