  Everything was amazing. Love the indoor pool and hot tubs. Breakfast was very impressive, rooms great size and setup. I will go back to Orlando to stay Just because of this hotel.   Everything especially the breakfast, the managers greeting every afternoon and the indoor areas. I have been going to Orlando for 11 years and have stayed at approximately 19 hotels in the area. And I have stayed on Disney property and not. This is the biggest bang for the buck of all hotels that I have experienced.   The hotel is recently remodeled and the staff was great. The kids loved all the activities and all the water slides. Best pool in Orlando. They even had Gator land there and brought in animals. The kids loved it. Location is 5-10 mins from Disney. Breakfast Buffet was very good.   I had several special requests prior to and during our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly did everything to make things work as I requested. Elizabeth was sweet and good natured and handled things very professionally and with kindness. I worked with the manager Ryan to finalize my special accommodations and he went above and b... what people say » eyond to stay within the policies of the organization and yet meet my needs. He did so with such grace that I was truly impressed. In fact, every one - I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza, or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!
