  nice beds, slept like a baby. really nice pool area, and fair food prices. can recomend their burgers. - The Manager and Jean was very nice to me . I ate in the restaurant for supper my first night. The Steak was excellent! I am a Food Service Director myself and I know good food when I eats it. Thank You.

  I had several special requests prior to and during our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly did everything to make things work as I requested. Elizabeth was sweet and good natured and handled things very professionally and with kindness. I worked with the manager Ryan to finalize my special accommodations and he went above and b... what people say » eyond to stay within the policies of the organization and yet meet my needs. He did so with such grace that I was truly impressed. In fact, every one - I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza, or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!

  Everything especially the breakfast, the managers greeting every afternoon and the indoor areas. I have been going to Orlando for 11 years and have stayed at approximately 19 hotels in the area. And I have stayed on Disney property and not. This is the biggest bang for the buck of all hotels that I have experienced. The avocado shampoo and soap was very good, free newspaper, the room coffee was great, everything was very clean

  Loved the corner location overlooking Lake Eola and the cool park.We had two windows! Panera Bread downstairs was very popular. Loved the easy walking to lots of hip restaurants. Felt very safe walking at night. The room had everything we needed. - I loved the location, near the pretty Eola Lake. Easy access to a lot of places in Downtown Orlando... what people say » .   This hotel was fabulous. It was suprisingly nice considering theextermely low rate. We came in at midnight on Xmas night and weregretted by a lovely front desk employee who promptly checked us into aroom that was enormous with a great firm bed. She suggested the publicbus to get to Disney ~ 45 minutes and $1.75.
