  For us, it was right across from the convention center. For family's it would be near all kinds of fun things. It has a Ihop on premises and McDonalds next door. Close to Walgreens in case.... - The staff was nice. The maid cleaned our room and she didn't have to so that was really nice.   We were 2 minutes from Universal Studios. The price was fantastic. We actually spent more money on a dinner out for all 4 of us, than we did for 3 nights at the Super 8!   The hotel is quite close to the airport thus it is a good choice for a "transit hotel". When you arrive at the Orlando Airport you need to Terminal b to the Transportation Floor and find the free phone kiosk and let the Hotel staff know that you arrived and need the shuttle bus to be sent for you. Bare in mind that you pay $40/night and you get free transportation from/to Orlando Airport (mco) then you get a spacious room a good show - We just needed a clean, safe place to spend a night between flights, and this fit the bill. The Chinese resturant the recommended modified a dish to accommodate my dietary restrictions and delivered 2 piping hot meal for us. The refrigerator and microwave in the room allowed us to eat the leftovers for breakfast. My Mom liked the waffle she had at the complementary continental breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport was qick and efficient.
