  I like the helpfulness of the lady at the front desk by the name of Catherine she went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our battery was dead she didn't make us call a tow truck she made sure we got jumped right there and made it on our way she was fantastic - Staff very friendly. clean room.   Pretty good hotel , with a pretty good staff . The room (king suite) is pretty good also. The hotel is very calm and cheap , and the shuttle lead you everywhere , anytime , in a range of 10 kilometers . Bart and the Oackland airport are very close . And it take less then a hour to reach SFO international airport for a very cheap price . Center ... what people say » of San Francisco is half a hour by car or by Bart for a ridiculous price . It's a very good idea to stay here ,cause it's a calm and pretty good h - Room was large, well equipped and clean. AC unit bit poorly located to use trough the night. Location of the hotel is good if you want to stay close to airport. Otherwise neiborhood was bit "scary". Nearby Wallmart did not feel very secure/comfortable for not "local" looking couple... Hotel provided courtesy shuttle bus to Wallmart and back, so we didn't need to park our expensive rental car in "risk zone" at the parking lot! Very good service!

  Well, it's to many to list,I liked the courtesy of the LADY WHO FIRST CHECKED ME IN,plus she was Gorgeous! every one all staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable which was a major Bonus.And the room itself, FANTASTIC,FABULOUS,GREAT, COMFORTABLE and by far this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed in and my first time there. It was just like being at home only better! The meal at level 2 was great ,the service was superb .I think my servers name was James ,he was nice and easy to talk to .he was from Oahu so we talked about the island.

  I liked the oversized bathroom and the oversized tub. I liked that the toilet was separate and I liked the huge shower. The vanity mirror was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge! We also had a beautiful view of the water with a little patio area to sit and watch the sunset. The free breakfast was ok. The coffee was awesome... what people say » ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. - If we would have judged the hotel from the exterior and the surroundings we would have not chosen to stay here. This hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, layout is great, and they have a microwave, fridge, and free wifi, free shuttle service, and free parking!

  The staff was very hospitable and eager to help with suggestion, directions or any other request. Polite and responsive to each meeting we had with the staff. The rate was very good for the room as we stayed 4 days. Parking rate of $22 dollars seems high but the security of our rental out weighed the cost with peace of mind. I could actually s... what people say » ee our car from our window in a private parking area. - It was easily accessible to other things to "see." We were there primarily to visit a young adult son who also had other things that needed to be done, but the location gave us things nearby to do in between times. But we were especially appreciative of the staff from the front desk to the Bistro to those who cleaned. They were friendly, helpful, interactive, and welcoming.

  Great value for money, comfortable and clean hotel, near Oakland Airport. I would like to personally thank GM Mike for helping us out with an issue. Also Mike noticed that our bikes were sitting next to the car and moved them inside hotel in the middle of the night to make sure they're safe.   This is number 14 on our trip and the last stop.. Easy to get to, staff were very good, very nice large enclosed garden area with pool etc. Plenty of room for smoking if you do.   This place isn't fancy, but it's a clean, very affordable option for a one night stay if you're flying in or out of Oakland. The front desk and shuttle drivers are all very courteous and professional.
