We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well
put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing.
The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care
of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it
settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I
will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

The staff were very polite, extremely helpful and quick with their service. The rooms were bright, very clean and looked modern. The sheets were clean and the bed with not too soft or too firm, just right. There was no damp, musty smell in the hallways that is present in some old hotels. Great olympic size pool, perfect temp., full free breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, cereal , waffle maker, juices, yogurt, muffins, large dining room, a great coffee available all day long, food size weight room, good location to all kinds of shopping.
