1) TERM OF RESERVATION : If Client/Guest remains in the Unit after the end of the Term without the written consent of Corporate Housing Provider, it shall be deemed a holdover tenancy and Corporate Housing Provider may, in addition to other rights and remedies available at law or in equity, recover, as additional rent, damages from Client/Guest in an amount equal to THREE (3) times the then current daily rental rate or monthly rental rate, prorated on a daily basis, or the maximum amount permitted by law for each day Client/Guest remains in possession of the Unit after the end of the Term. 2) BILLING: Worldwide Corporate Housing LP (“Oakwood”) invoices are available at time of arrival date. Additional items requested after move-in will be paid in advance of delivery. 3) PAYMENT TERMS: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival. 4) ACCESS TO UNIT: Client/Guest hereby grants Corporate Housing Provider and its agents authorization to enter the Premises for the purpose of providing housekeeping, maintenance services, verifying residency or any other business proposes. 5) CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please check the Apartment Conditions when selecting your apartment above. 6) DAMAGES/EXTRAORDINARY CHARGES: Guest/Company accepts all responsibility for all rent as well as any damages or loss above normal wear and tear. Guest/company is responsible for notifying Oakwood of any item(s) damaged or in need of repair upon arrival in the unit. A credit card authorization will be required at arrival in to protect the guest and Oakwood with payment in the event damages or additional requests/charges. 7) LIABILITY: Oakwood will not be responsible or liable for injury, damages or loss of personal or business property, which is not directly caused by Oakwood’s negligence. The Guest/Company accepts responsibility for any claim for injury, damage or loss of personal property, including property owned by Oakwood Worldwide and owner of premises, resulting from the Guest/Company’s negligence or the negligence of their guest and/or invitee and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oakwood Worldwide, its employees, officers, agents, et al. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
