Very good location. The rooms are tiny but if you come to see the city and need a budget place to sleep over - that`s the place to go. For the hotel cheapo, this place has a bunch of things going for it. Close to train and little Italy. Asian cleanliness. Solo room that works for one person better than sharing a hostel room for about the same price. Location, it is well located. It has two metro stations really close to the hotel. Wifi working perfectly in the rooms.

I was in single room and paid about $75. The room was quite clean. Enough for one night - bed, small nightstand, and that's it. The bathrooms were clean. Closed to Grand Station. Price. Place. China town. Cheap food. Manhattan Only for sleep over. I'm not sure about sleep well :). Location si perfect. Really, this place is terrible. It seems it will fall, destroy in any moment. Bathrooms are the best thing.. although they are shared. was the chepest thing I could find in NYC. Location was ok. no positives . On the webside the picture of the double-room showed that there are two separate beds. But it was not true - thee was only one bed for two ppl. Tiny rooms. No air conditioning in the room. No window in the room. Cleaness not really good. Room was very cold due to the windows, which didn't fully close. Tiny room, limited storage for clothes, no chair in room. Rooms are very very very very small. I couldn't open my luggage. Rooms are not sound insulated. no kitchen!! small room. The room was clean but not curtains in the window. Room was small about 2x2 meters. The price was high for that furnished and size room. No kitchen. Room is a small box. Without window, just bed and nothing else. Never seen place like that anywhere. No space at all. You cannot move there. Poor soundproofing. Man at desk was really strange. He charged me price for room twice. He did it and hid it and was trying to explain something about USA, nobody wants to lie you... bla bla bla. Ok. SO... money was returned after, but it is really weird. It is the first case like that in my experience. It is unclean!!. When I arrived they did not have room for me! They were looking for a room in a different hotel! The room was dirty, dusty floors. Bathroom all in the hair. Nothing, really. This place is horrible and expensive for the value, everything is dirty, and uncomfortable. The bed had fleas!!!! This shouldn't be on letsbookhotel.com any longer. room was only slightly bigger than the double bed. No windows. No soundproofing to adjoining rooms. Hall bathroom messy. Rooms were like staying in a shoe box. The hotel was infested with bed bugs. Do not stay here. I'm fine with a cheap hotel but this place is awful. It is not a hotel or motel. It is an appartment and rooms and shared toilets which re extremely dirty. I wouldn't put such category on hat website ever. Very durty place... I was afraid o take a shour. Dont go to this Hotel. They cheated us. They will just give you a small room (even smaller than a average restroom). Not safe at all. We went there to stay one night. From morning 4 AM some one (drug addicts) are banging the doors while we are sleeping. Who knows they might carry guns too. Lucky to be alive to write this review. Not at all safe. BEWARE..........
