  At arrival the door man and bell staff were very friendly. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable with soft linens. Bathroom has a GREAT separate shower with large tub very nice.   We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.

  great location...short walking distance to French Quarter as well as any other area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely stay again. - Spaciousness of the hotel! Location is good! Far enough away from the noise of the quarter, but close enough to get there in minutes!

  Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival.
