Overall facility was very good.The location on the beach and proximity to downtown Naples was great. The furnishings were fine and it was very clean. However we moved after our initial check in to a room which was much less musty smelling and appeared to have been updated. The view from our balcony in the south building was much nicer than from our original assigned room in the north building.

Interior of hotel and lobby area were very nice. Location, beach, pool and excellent food in restaurant. 2 pools right & being on the beach was nice. Everything specially my room :). Excellent room and view. The hotel has a lovely location on the beach and a nice pool area. The food/wine in the hotel is also extremely good and a good menu choice. They were also very accommodating to letting us stay an extra hour in the room when our flight was delayed. Location, on the beach. Lobby, bar pool and beach areas were of good standard, service on the beach was excellent as was the pool bar. We had a beachfront room. View is great. Directly at the beach. Can see sunset. Lots of shells on the beach. Water is clear and sand is bright. We were disappointed that there was not a better appointed kitchen area. The dishes and cutlery were only fair and we would have preferred a stove and oven to only a microwave. The exterior walkways and balconies require painting and more careful sweeping and cleaning. nothing. Housekeeping rarely cleaned our room at requested hours, but did a Very nice job when they did come by, with much consideration for our Honeymoon privacy as they could. Exterior and pool area looked a bit run down and in need if some freshening up. I have no issue with charging for large beach "beds" and the nicer lounges but charging for simple beach chairs seemed cheap. €20 cost of umbrellas on beach. The entire other wing was under construction ... was not told that hwile making my reservations or after I drove 150 miles to get ther !! not one person mentioned that jack hammers,saws, drills, nail guns, work crews, etc.... would be heard all day long while trying to relax at the pool or in the sand !!!!. Food options too small. We had booked a family suite for 5 people but on arrival this was not available and had a room for 4 with a very poor standard pull out bed and was not comfortable.In a hotel of this standard I was very suprised at the high charge to rent their beach beds. Accommodation needs refurbishment some of the carpets in our 2 bed suite were threadbare. Decor was a little tatty. Not a location for 18 year olds they found it a little boring! And not a lot to do in town. Room was run down. Windows are old and do not close properly. Price is too high. Fully eq. kitchen was promised, but no oven, no water heater and not enough plates and forks for 3 people. Pool bar closes early. No own umbrellas allowed at beach. 25$ day rental for one!.
