The staff are friendly and efficient . During my stay I had a back pain and stayed for 4 days in bed . The spa therapist ,Maureen was an angel and took good care... what people say » of me .   Our front desk person was super friendly and very helpful across the board. She recommended great restaurants and overall made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. Her name is Hope.
