  The location was wonderful. Ocean view felt like ocean front. Staff was so friendly and I would book with them again. Rooms cleaned daily.I couldn't ask for more. - The view was great. The staff was friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Also, the food that we had at the resort was good.

Walking into this lovely lobby, then upstairs into the room I was so happy! It was a true suite, with not only a door to the bedroom but a lovely French door set up! Large desk & work area. We each had our lapt - Everything. The rooms were so nice and comfy. The breakfast was wonderful. Free beer/wine and food during the weekday afternoon was a great plus. Love the hot tub. Kitchen in room (no stove). Less then 5min drive to the beach. Guy working kitchen area was very nice and friendly. Would absolutely go back!!!!!

  This is my second time staying at Monterey Bay Suites. My husband and I really enjoy this hotel because of the location (it's on the end of the beach that is quiet and caters to a more upscale clientele), the friendly service from the members of the front desk and the cleaning staff, the very filling breakfast, the pools (one on the 10th floor and... what people say » 2 others on the ground floor), and the access to the beach. The hotel is also very close to all of Myrtle Beach's main attractions, so it never takes - I liked the the fact that it was budget friendly, yet it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. Our room was always cleaned promptly, and was done neatly. The food was good. Lots of pool space, and access to the beach. We are bikers and they allowed us to take our bikes up to our rooms, where we could put them out in the balcony.
