The hotel rooms were very clean and big. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was great. There were stores attached to the hotel, make it easy to go from store to store and not have to go outside. The staff was excellent. Even when they got busy they were on top if everything. I was especially pleased with the bell hops and bag men. They anticipated my need with put me needing to ask.

The parking garage associated with The Marquette is not prominently marked, we missed it the first time around the block. Also our shower leaked quite a bit onto the floor and created a slipping hazard. Neither of these items would hinder me from booking again. The hotel is in the downtown. It's crowded and there were a lot of one-ways. Not suitable for people who drive cars. I thought long and hard to come up with something and I cannot find anything. Nothing. the staff knows nothing about the public transportation, but they are kind and they check it. Parking cost Fact I was unable to cancel when an unexpected situation arose.
