From the moment we arrived and met the super friendly helpful owner Sebastian, we were treated with such fabulous hospitality, generosity and kindness. We were 2 women who had travelled transatlantic that morning on a long 9 hour flight to Miami and couldn't have asked for a better reception. We had never been to Miami before so based on other reviews had booked this boutique hotel and were very glad we did. all reviews » We had a balcony apartment which was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all necessary facilities. The location, although not Downtown or on Southbeach was great, across the road the park and beach. We couldn't always park infront of the hotel as it is located on a busy road but we were never more than 1-2 minutes away. What I liked? Everything! The kindness and the considerate of the staff. This hotel apartment is really so held well and a great cleanliness. It is not the first time when I come to Miami and to find a place like that it was really a beautiful surprise. Clean and nice, newly rennovated. Staff friendly and supportive. Breafast is just coffee and not much more, but this is what is to be expected in relation to price and rating. Supermarket is within walking distance so buy your own breakfast. Recently renovated so everything brand new and clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms have small kitchenette so possible to self cater. Excellet service. Sebastian is a very servicial person. He helped me a lot to manage myself in the city. 'Breakfast' was a joke, pre-packed pastries, coffee, orange juice and fruit. Towards the end of our 10 day stay there was only coffee... The balcony door in the bedroom & kitchen were street facing did not have blinds which meant that everyone could see into our room at night. Not easy to find what I didnt like, just my shortly staying. The location is disturbed by noise from traffic, mainly in the daytime. Not really a dislike but something worth knowing if you need quiet nights. location is a little isolated in terms of shops/restaurants, but is right on the north south bus route. No food shops or cafes within walking distance....except Howard Johnson hotel for breakfast. N/A. Parking sucks. Had to park on the street. Got lucky and got a close parking spot but was a busy street. poor breakfast. very noisy teenagers next door all night up with music and drinking. Rather far from shopping places. I stood here just for one night and had no time for searching.
