The hotel staff was friendly and fast. My husband and I were traveling with our 8 week old son, and there were trolleys available for our luggage, which we appreciated. The room was very clean. The staff was wonderful! The front desk attendent was very nice and professional. She apologized for the mess in the first room and promtly moved me to a new room. The new room was clean but extremely hot. Luckily, the air conditioner was just off. Besides the small bathroom, the room was very nice.
