Room was clean and location was convenient, close to highway. Location close to Kentucky Sate Fairgrounds and Airport. Price was excellent. Good budget friendly location for those showing horses at the Fairgrounds. Easy to go back forth to the fairgrounds. Motel room was very clean. Staff was very friendly & they even offered $1.00 off coupon to the Louisville Zoo. Coffee & refrigerator in room was a big plus.

Excellent value for a budget conscious traveler. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I like the layout of the rooms and the location. solid place to stay. nice courteous staff. Cheap, nice staff, next to restaurants. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Price. I liked being on the backside of the building away from the traffic noise level was low. the cost and location were good and I will stay there again if there again. The jets taking off at 4:30 am was unexpected. My experience with airports in metro areas are they don't become very active before 6am. I know the hotel has nothing to do with this. Just noting it. The bathrooms weren't as clean as they could of been. a tad noisy but that doesn't bother me. A bit noisy, problems with the Internet. Rooms old and small. Breakfast limited to cold cereal and stale donuts. For price would have expected better facility. I did NOT receive the rate I was quoted on letsbookhotel.com. the steps to get to the second floor was exposed to the weather and became slippery. Yes they salt them They only provided us with three towels for the whole stay for four people. Never exchanged them out. there was dirt in the corners of the room and around the tub was mold. the curtains did not keep the light out. the heater was either burning us out or cold room was never even temperature. room was very outdated. The mattress was springy. Could have been a little more comfortable. The shower had a water saver on it that only allowed a trickle. Pathetic!! It was almost impossible to shower. There were crickets and spiders. I think it could use an update remodel!. Cleaning staff does a poor job while customers stay there. Immigration authorities would have a field day there. Too close to street so you heard everything outside ie Loud drunk people at 2am. No place for kids to play or explore. The decor and furnishings were very old which gave it a less then clean feel. But for the price I guess I can't complain. Although I have been in other reasonably priced hotels and they have been modern and cleaner. The room was not very sound poof. We could hear the people above us walking. My bed was broken when i walked in my room it smelled like smoke. I booked 2 rooms. 1 smoking, 1 non smoking. Upon check in there were no smoking available. A discount was not given because non smoking was more expensive than smoking. When we arrived they claimed they did not have paperwork on our reservation. We had our copies and they didnt really care. Would not book there again. They had bed bugs!!!. Address on the printed copy of my reservation was incorrect. Had trouble finding it. it smelled like mold, had wallpaper falling off the bathroom wall, the towels were rough and scratchy, and I did not feel safe. Initially was given a room in the back of annex building. I was hit up for money by a stranger at my door. I complained about safety and security issues, and was given a different room. I had no other problems with my stay. There was a semi running all night outside of the room. Booked non smoking room and had to stay in a smoking room. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Noisy, rough kind of crowd. Very poor continental breakfast. The rooms were very dirty and smelled of smoke. Also had booked a room for saturday thru the internet and they cancelled it saying I had 2 rooms booked and when we went to the desk on saturday am they had cancelled both of the rooms instead of 1 room had to pay full price instead of internet price.. Called the manager on monday and explained. Has not gotten back to me. I will give him till thursday and will call him back..... Very bad experience........... It was dirty and they told me we would be charged if we left so we had to stay in a dirty hotel. I took some pictures. The shower water pressure was near none. Tube ! I had to hold shower curtain rail to keep frfom falling.it was very slippery in tube. No mirror in bath room. Room decore was very cheap .didn't have a comforble chair in room.could see outside from space in beteen doors. Could not stay a second nite.
