Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia.   We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help.
