This was just an overnight stop to see a show in la before heading home. The proximity to the airport meant initial price affordability, even considering taxi fees to and from West Hollywood, as most single bed rooms I looked into in that neigboorhood were over 300 dollars a night for the weekend. Plus, the amenities - business and airport check-in kiosks, on-site eatery, room beds, large tvs, and cleanliness! Will definately stay here again!!.

It's very near the airport, WiFi is free. The reception stuff is warm and nice, they're all very friendly! The door man(?) was very nice, he would like to park for you and left a parking receipt for you to pick up the car when you need. The radio compatible with iPhone or etc(Lightning port excl.). It was great to have a cafe at the restaurant which served a good meal. We were also provided with an early check-in which was really appreciated since we had spent 13 hours on an airplane and had not slept or showered for almost a day. The room area was large . The stafff were very proffessional and very helpful about the check –in, check –out, boarding pass printing etc.. Hotel location is walking distanve to the airport. Free internet. A value to stay again. Staff was excellent and very helpful. They hotel is great for business trip and being close to the airport (and other business needs such as transportation rentals & taxi use). For business, I recommend 100%. -exceptionally helpful staff -treated very special every time we interacted with the staff -the rooms were very very nice -couldn't hear airplanes :) -very accomadating -would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND. Parking overnight charge you a lot, almost USD26.00(tax incl.). The pillow were too small and soft. There were some noisy guests who returned to their rooms late at night and interrupted our sleep. There were few options for eating in the neighbourhood within walking distance. The parking is 25 per day is a bit expensive. -our bathroom door would stick when trying to open it. While location is very convenient to destinations both north and south of LAX, slight claustraphobia even on a high floor looking out on a new parking garage construction to the west. Previous stay on east side no better. Still a good deal however. Having to pay for valet parking. ,At $240 for the nite a bit expensive for what we got.no breakfast included in price. We didnt need this as we had a 3am start the next morning. Everything was ok. They forgot my wake up call and no shampoo in the bathroom. But we're very apologetic and desperate to make amends. The only problem I had with the room was that the door connecting our room to the adjacent room did not block out the noise. I could hear their music, every word of the conversation, and they woke us up in the morning. The room was well sound-proofed from external noise, but I've never been in a room before where it seemed like my neighbors were sharing it with me. Breakfast is not easy to choice. Hotel didn't have a pool and hot tub area didn't have a nice setting/view. Needs minor maintenance items: very sqeeky bathroom door. Toilet flusher stuck. Car parking is expensive. It's usd 24 which is almost a daily car rent rate!!. We booked the room for four adults and we thought breakfast was included in the room price for all four people, but it was included only for two. This wasn't mentioned anywhere and the staff was inflexible and we had to pay the breakfast for two. The breakfast was quite expensive. Also car parking was expensive, but there is parking space in the next block and it costs half the price of the hotel parking. Nothing. No teabags in the room!. nothing. High cost of parking $50.00 daily charge for "INCIDENTALS" non- functioning snack machine. Small bathrooms, horrible prices for food and beverages...we paid $3.50 for a bottle of soda...that is robbery...there is no reason to rip people off that way...it is expensive enough to travel with a family. Nothing. Nothing. pay for parking. location. sink was outside of the bathroom. for Sightseeing LA you have to accept long ways with your car. You can hear the plans when departing but not that much noise, no self parking + parking fee + corner rooms has glass blocks which not comfort for sleeping due to no curtains. eating facility average food facility needs upgrade and verity. no specific area for breakfast and dinner. not convenient for shopping.
