The facilities were very modern and It was very clean. The décor was bright. Not exactly like the pictures on the website, but still very nice. The bathroom was fabulous, it felt like a spa bathroom, with the huge shower and beautiful décor. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is really nice! The staff is very helpful at all times. Breakfast is standard. One of the most important thing is free-of-charge shuttle: it's not just from airport and back, but it's also available for you during all your stay to get anywhere in the town. It's very convinient since the taxi in town can be seen very rarily. Shuttle to and from long beach airport. Rooms were clean,recently refurbished, and spacious. I had room with king bed but next to street. I asked for different room and they were very accommodating. Great taco Tuesday burrito place in easy walking distance. Front desk was very helpful when I needed a razor. It's very comfortable and relax place. Room is really designed to stay with pleasure. Furniture is modern. Breakfast is good, big choice of what you want. Pool is clean. Sraff is very friendly, helped me scan my document when I needed. 5plus. The room ! It was stylish and spotless, with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom was well lit and mirrored , new and stylish with rainforest shower. Also more towels than 2 could use, soft a d fluffy.Go to Sundays Farmers Market . I was there two years ago and I really like the updates to the hotel. There is a good atmosphere in general. The staff were all very nice. I appreciated the hard-wood flooring. I loved the decor of the hotel. I think that it was done very well for an older building. The pool area is beautiful and I hope to come back when I can take advantage of it. I was connected to google but could not get corporate website to work. Only problem with key. Is didn't work next day. The motel like feel of the parking lot and the area outside rooms . Not having any exercise facility or space Design of the bed frame; it sticks out from the box spring matress too much; bumped both shins over the four days. There were no places to hang towels. That was probably the worst inconvenience. I thought the rooms had bamboo flooring but ours did not, it was carpeted. That was the only thing I was disappointed in. Without a car I was limited to 2 restaurants. Shuttle stopped at 10:30p. Would like to have explored more of the area. There was a wedding party there, one of the guest had too much to drink and was brought back to the hotel. He was loud, obnoxious and rude. He slammed doors and made it very unpleasant for anyone and everyone in the "wedding party area"! I would suggest that if you have wedding parties there in the future that you room them all in the same location so they can enjoy their obnoxious friends! Next time I will call the police first, front desk second. nothing was wrong with our stay. It was a bit expensive 160 a night seems like a bit high. Nothing. Parking was not to my satisfation, We came in late each night and could not find any parking 1st nite and 2nd nite we had to park far from our nearest room entrance. The electronic door key only worked when first checked in. Failed all other times forcing us to visit office to get the cards redone. All was great. Some noisey neighbors. no jacuzzi, vending machines were broken. Comp breakfast was a disaster. ws there about 8:30. was no meat. told would not cook more. short on hard boiled eggs, muffins, Very dirty. I cleaned 2 tables for us to use, food on floor all over. lady could not handle doing all her work and there all the tables were not even full. Nothing, all was fine! Great Hotel great service. Room are not Soundproof, the room are outside hotel, its a beautiful motel but not hotel. No automatic aircontitioning only manual no auto mode and fan are near the bed. Low water pressure on shower. There was a deep humming noise in the room, waking us up from sleep. The rooms available for letsbookhotel.com customers were those directly neighboring the highway. So, even in the early morning hours, noise from the trafffic was serious. Air conditioning was inadequate and very noisy. The room was also very hot and humid. No hardwood floors (like the picture!). I do not recommend the hotel, it is not worth the money at all. The room was like a hospital feel. Too cold and empty of any comfort feel. I did like the bed. I slept good. Food in buffet was all generic and not healthy...no fresh fruit except a pile of old black bananas... Basic stuff... The toilet got clogged from nothing in it! Which means not good plumbing... The smell in the lobby was a smelly generic room deodorizer over do which gave us a nauseous stomach & a headache... They had cockroaches crawling on the walls in the food areas... Pretty bad!.
