  Everything. Staff was friendly and polite, rooms were clean and big. Facilities were good. Hotel is situated in a Hispanic community - nice, friendly and helpful folks. - I liked that they had donuts and fruit for breakfast. Everyone had a smile on their face and was really welcoming. The bed was HUGE and the room looked clean.

In LA you have to drive by car mostly so you don't need to be directly at hollywood, this hotel is - This motel was a real eye opener. Great owner/manager who would bend over backwards to help you with anything. Super friendly. Very clean rooms - I initially booked for only 2 nights before I was scheduled to stay elsewhere across town. I cancelled the other hotel, and stayed an additional 2 nights here. Location may not be ideal for some, but for a solo traveller with a car, it was fine. Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable, I can find no fault.
