The apartment was spacious and great views from all rooms. The beds were comfortable as was the pull out couch. The lift opened inside the apartment - which was great, however when the key panel was broken it took some convincing for the staff to understand that we could get out but not back into the apartment. Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a
couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room
needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of
trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in
china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where
so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms.

I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.
