  Staff was very accommodating and efficient. No hassles with check in and check out. Hotel was budget-friendly, compared to hotels in NYC. It was hust a 10-min walk to the bus station, and a 15-min ride to NYC. - The staff were very friendly, but they have charged me twice???? I did send an e-mail complaining but I have not receive any response so... what people say » far. Please look into it so that I get my money back urgently.

  I thought I would have problems with my reservation since the sight is not specifically affiliated but the entire process went very smoothly. No problems at all the room was ready when we arrived and check in was quick and easy. The room was a suite and it was definitely a great price for the size of the room and the amenities . Would stay again! ... what people say » - The shuttel service is free to the nearest train station ,,, so moving aound was pritty easy

  check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of. we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.
