  I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a really tight ship - my room was perfect! I had a Newport Suite that... what people say » has an incredible view of downtown nyc. I cannot say enough about the view, the room, the service,. Absolutely one of the best stays I've ever had, e - The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made traveling to nyc extremely convenient. The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

  This was my second stay at this hotel in two weeks. In addition to what I've said in my first review - I would like to highlight how helpful and professional the staff are. It also didn't hurt that I was upgraded to a king suite on this stay. - The rooms are very modern, beautiful and trendy and the hotel staff is excellent! Omar at the front desk was very helpful in granting our room request on the top floor and Edwin was helpful in keeping our bags for us before/after check-in and check-out.
