  Staff; they were great. Whatever you do to train them to respond to customers, don't stop. Everyone I had contact with seemed eager to help in any way. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet really makes a difference to me. The expense, to me, is a lot of money, but the extras, like the breakfast make it worthwhile.
