  Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

  Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we

  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security,... what people say » house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying.   This hotel is situated in New Jersey, but a really nice, quiet stay when visiting New York. Our well appointed room was on the 9th floor. A fair size with big double bed, clean bathroom, desk and fridge it was very comfortable. We slept witheet window open and had no problems with noise. The Path is literally next door to the hotel and there are ... what people say » 2 lines which take you into Manhattan. It takes about 20 minutes or so. There are plenty of possibilities to have breakfast very close to the hotel. - Check in was quick and easy. I loved that the hotel had affordable valet service so we didn't have to worry about our car during our stay. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to help us. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing, both were perfect and clean. Our room was so clean and cozy, and the location was perfect! We were walking distance away from fun and entertainment, and the train station into the city was right next door. I wish I was able to stay
