Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure. Staff was very responsive-we got in late (11:30p) and no issues w/ getting in side-the representative basically appeared and politely introduced himsel

This was our first visit to New York. The location is excellent. I travelled with my three daughters and we felt safe. Easy access to subway, shopping and sight seeing. We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags -
The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.
