Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated. When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. what people sayyou don't need much more than a clean and comfortable place to sleep if you're on a busy citybreak. - The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
