Small, but clean, comfortable and affordable. Right on Lake George with
a view and only minutes from the Town and from Killington, where we were
actually going to run a Spartan Race.
It was right on a babbling brook that was perfect for sleeping.
I tried to book a hotel in Rutland/Killington for the Spartan event, but there was none available. The PineBrook was just a few miles down the road and right on the lake. Since we stayed there the evening before the race, we had the chance to go to the

The Motel 6 Lake George is right in the center of town and you can
easily walk to anywhere in the village. We never had to worry about
parking. The facilities were clean, simple, and had everything we
needed. It is also pet friendly so it was perfect for our small dog.
It's was not the cheapest hotel in town, but definitely wasn't
the most expensive and was definitely worth the little bit more that you
pay. Dollar for dollar the Motel 6 Lake George meet all of our
expectations and I would easil

The lido motel is cozy and its on a side street right off the main road with restaurants, stores,and all the action with in walking distance. Its and peaceful and isolated (my personal preference) This motel is very simple and budget friendly and you get free wifi.
This is a old building, so the walls, doors, ect do have some wear and tear on them and its not going to sparkle like the Holiday Inn, but its clean and a very comfortable stay.

Pretty easy check in, breakfast had many choices. Well it outside, esp around pool. staff easily got around by golf carts for towels etc. I saw many people outside enjoying themselves. Showers seemed cleaned and amenitieslike soap etc were there. I am sure it is a little nicer in pool weather. -
