Everything! Place was immaculate, big, in fact it was so spacious that the tv in the living/dining room appeared small. 30' away. We will be going back again today. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Met all expectations. Balcony was nice for morning and evening meals. We only stayed for one night. The staff were very friendly, the condo was very spacious and clean. We didn't get to use many of the facilities because of our lack of time. Next time, we will book for a week.

Not very far from Kona town center, only some twenty minutes drive from the airport. Everything was perfect. Room was very large, almost 65m2, all facilities such as fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, 2 bathrooms. Very conveinient, clean and cheap!. My room had everything I needed. Nice outdoor living area and full kitchen with full size washer and dryer. I could not believe the size. It was like a small house. Great amount of space for the money. It was really nice to have a kitchen there with a full sized fridge to store food. A great home base as we explored the 'aina. Loved the facility, the location was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and we would go back just to enjoy the atmosphere of this resort. Everything! Just bummed it was all business for us. We couldn't enjoy everything. Rooms are very spacious giving you a lot of room to do whatever. WiFi Internet slow and dropped on a regular basis. feels a little dated - probably built in the 80's - but so well-maintained, this shouldn't stop you from booking internet was a little spotty at times but mostly decent. Apartment had a smell - mold on one wall, very loud upper neighbors as the apartment noise isolation is insufficient. It's away from the shore. Hot tub by pool is shallow and the aggregate tub surface is uncomfortable. A short drive out of town and on a hill, so you can't walk to the beach, if that matters to you. But great location otherwise. It was difficult to find the check-in office when arriving in the dark the first night. Illumination of the signs, or perhaps reflective paint, might help. floor was a bit sticky. Parking was a little tight. There were still spaces. Nothing. Nothing!. check in/out times could be better. We were unable to get another room for one more nigh where we were planning to stay. One week before we could have gotten a room but was unable to cancel this one due to rate not refundable. The furniture (sofa and chair) in the living area was totally worn out and impossible to sit in. We could not use that portion of the rental - and no way it had not been reported to management prior to our visit. Noise from other units.
