I was overall very pleased with everything...however, I was mostly impressed with the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Special thank you to the young white girl at the bar in the afternoon and the young black girl who did bkft. in the morning. These two made me feel like I had found two new friends...they were special.

Courteous staff, very comfortable bed, all amenities for a short stay and all working, good breakfast and location next to a 24 hour diner - have stayed at almost all the budget hotels around the airport and value for money this was the best one so far. The location was convenient to IAH. The cost was very reasonable (cheap) for a property renovated in the last year or so and the rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly and allowed for a very early check-in (11 a.m.). The staff were very friendly ,picked us up from the airport and took us back the next day and all included in the cheap price. The guest rooms have been recently remodeled and are just as nice as many mid-range limited service properties I've stayed in. Hotel is dated however is very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. clean and comfortable room staff very nice and like the bar area and complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast and shuttle service to and from IAH was included. Best sleep I had in a while, the mattress was unbelievable. It was an older hotel that they work hard to keep clean. Very poor signage. (The taxi driver said he'd never noticed it - almost took me to another Ramada.) The shuttle service is disfunctional. Was told it would take 5 minutes; however, it took 20. Bar was closed because of being short staffed. not enough parking spaces, small elevator (slow) a/c noisy and needs updating. Lot of traffic noise Perhaps plant something to absorb the noise. Breakfast poor.only jelly. And the staff was not frendly. The WiFi did not exist and this hotel should not be advertised as having WiFi. Staff where evasive in asnwering questions about WiFi and only after specific probing questions did they admit WiFi access was "poor" at best. Hard to find the location. Lights were out on the outside as well as building sign. Wifi didn't work at all. There were too many of the same wifi and none of them worked. Being told by the front desk that the rate that booking .com made for me was incorrect, even though my paper work said 4 adults-2 queen beds. Front desk say's rate quoted was for 2 adults,so ended up paying $20.00 more. none. No comments. room was not very clean dust on some items. Location offers very little within walking distance. The guy on the night shift was the worst, he even insulted us with the calculator sound when he was using the keyboard. He may had a bad day, but so did us. He really needs to learn how to treat the costumers. You can work as well on the rooms smell. I arrived late due to flight delay and although I was out in the airport shuttle area before 11:50pm, a shuttle did not arrive. The other Ramada location did, the driver phoned this location and they said they were not picking up anymore. So I had to take a $16 cab ride. Most hotels have 24hr shuttles if close to the airport. Very disappointed, especially in the attitude of the gentleman in reception who refused to cover the cab ride. Front desk very unfriendly. Pretty limited in what they offer. Had to have room key reprogrammed twice and replaced on the third evening. Very frustrating going up the elevator, down the hall to the room, the key does not work, back down the hall to the elevator, back to the lobby, reprogram key, back to the elevator, back down the hall to the room, four times total! Ridiculous. I found myself covered in insect bites/rash the day following my stay, which I believe must have been from the hotel bed (room 304) Airport shuttle service was very poor. It was poorly organised and did not arrive at scheduled times, even after constant requests). I was charged an extra $40 on my credit card for no apparent reason. Watch your bill after staying here. Terrible service at the front desk. The hotel is not in good shape, and lacks any atmosphere. It requires significant investment to be at least a par compared to similar hotels I've stayed in. Illumination in the room and the hotel in general at night was awful. Room quality is poor. This is a somewhat run down motel. Don't expect much or you will be disappointed.... rude front desk staff upon check-in, and then refused to let us change room when our toilet didn't work. The washroom. She wanted to stay another night!.
