The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! The hotel is located directly beside Reliant Stadium and there's even a side entrance that allows you to walk out the hotel and right on to the stadium grounds. The hotel bar and restaurant have pre and post game drink and food specials that allow you to save some money on the inflated stadium prices. This is the only place to stay if you're going to any event at Reliant Stadium!.

Mainly the location. Right across the parking lot from Reliant Stadium. I can walk to the game. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year. The food at the bar was awesome and the workers at the front desk were extremely friendly and informative. We liked the hotel, comfortable beds. Nice bed linen and towels. Having an on site restaurant was nice. Close to reliant CRT. Did not have to go far, easy access. Location was great, were able to walk to stadium. Good aand clean hotel, very good location... Location to M D Anderson. Enjoyed the stay. I liked that everything was really clean. Location. The Breakfast Fast elevators. The location was nice, you could walk through the back parking area, right over to reliant stadium. Nothing that really deserve to mention. Really nothing. It was just a room. The hotel is a little dated but still well maintained and the staff is very friendly. For the price and location, the age of the hotel was not an issue for me. No real cons here, except wish there was a microwave in room. Our toilet was a little dirty when we first came in our room we had to call housekeeping to clean it before we could use it. Didn't like I had to pay for coffee creamer for coffee. No free water or coffee in lobby. claimed year round pool, but you would have to be a polar bear. Also fitness center was not nearly as equipped as pictures showed. The only thing I didn't like was that I had chosen a non-smoking room and the room smell like someone had just smoke there. Restaurant was closed to a private party. Room was not clean. Dirty towels on counter, sink and used medical supplies left on floor still. Incredibly noisy. Air conditioner was either too cold or too warm and very loud. A party broke out in the room next to me at 2:00am and lasted until 4:30. The room was dirty, poor maintanance and up keep of the rooms. Coffee pot was filthy and missing pieces so you couldnt even make coffee in the room. I booked with you non-smoking room while the hotel gave smoking room and they claimed it was not metioned in my booking and there was not any room other room availabe. And the room i got smell horribly of smoke. Next day there was no water available from 10:00 pm till 5:00am next morning due to maintenance. It was really bad experience. Also my room key did not work next njght so i went down to programme it and it took more than 30 minutes with staff due to problem in their machine. Most everything: Location Room layout was poor Place a bit road weary A lot of partying going on in the rooms Caters to big groups Staff not helpful in info on local availability Noisy, could hear everyone Not the safest neighborhood. The room was dirty noisy and smelled of old dust. And the last day they did not clean the room, in the evening went to the room had not been cleaned, I went to tell the front deskof the problem and the girl told me that world never knew how. The hotel was not clean and was not worth the money I spent to stay there overnight. I will not stay there again.
