  Nearly new, so very crisp and clean. Nice room. Pleasant & helpful staff. Good location near Highway 1 & Turnpike (we were visiting Everglades).   Staff was helpful when we were given a single room but booked a double room. Also, was helpful when our key stopped working and was able to help us get into our room.
