The people and the pool, the easy on easy off I81. Breakfast was good and everywhere was clean.. The Capital building was fabulous,the best we have seen in the USA. Liked the set up of the room and the foyer was very pleasing to the eye. Room size. Very clean. Resturant in walking distance. Price. It was a nice place to stay after our day of traveling. Convenience to interstate. Excellent room & price.

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff. Clean and great staff. location. its ok. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out in any way needed. The location was good a (15 minute ride) to Hershey park. We took advantage of the breakfast and the pool which were both satisfactory. It was convenient, breakfast was good if you like muffins, bagels, waffles, yoguet, juice & coffee. Diner next door is good option for more breakfast choices. Pool & hot tub were nice. Value ok although there were less expensive options neaarby. Decent value Nice pillows Bigshower Microwave and fridge. The room was clean. The room we stayed on was quiet, no noise from the highway. The dinning room used for the breakfast was spacious. Good location right off freeway close to downtown and Hershey park. Comfortable bed. The price. The room was very clean. After 4th avenue Harrisburg was a mess. Indoor pool, of course I love the outdoors and the sun. Just cereal and bread products for breakfast. would of liked some eggs. Flat screen tv picture was poor quality. Breakfast was super crowded. My only suggestions would be to spruce up the parking lot and add more pillows to the beds... Breakfast options, we stayed at 5 other hotels during this trip and even less expensive ones had a full hot breakfast. My reservations were lost. Pool was cold and breakfast could have been better. wasn't 5 star. no FOX NEWS available, I will not stay in a hotel knowing that is not available. The hotel needs a little TLC but would stay there again. When we got there after traveling many hours they did not have our reservation which we did on letsbookhotel.com. Fortunately, there was a room available but there was alot of stress trying to get that sorted out. Key kept deactivating for room, outside door wouldn't open with key, directions to hotel are incorrect.. No u turn is necessary unless you want to drive right on by and have to go to next exit to turn around... Just make left hand turn at light and extrance is right there.... The restaurant was so bad that I will be writing the ceo of Ramada directly!. Difficult to get to Mediocre breakfast Gym very small and musty Just felt old overall. Could only get a few programs on TV, the clerk was suppose to get back to us on giving us another room. Never got back to us, very disappointed. Acces to the hotel not evident, we missed it and entered the highway, so it cost us some extra miles to return. Room not that clean: the telephone was dirty, cobwebs in one wall corner, water flowing very slowly in the lavatory and tube drains, etc. Staff seemed unfriendly. Booked what I thought was a nice size room with a jucuzzi tub, got a very small room with a bathroom we had to squeeze into, complained to the front desk and she said the booking only guaranteed me a room, and they would not reduced the price! Will never stay at a Ramada Inn again!. We waited at the front desk for half an hour waiting for someone to show up to help us. The toilet was dirty, as was the pool and hot tub. I was afraid to use the jacuzzi the buttons were all broken and the spout was broken.
