  Great pool - was indoor and outdoor all in one. Our favorite hotel of the trip, great breakfast with lots of selection (hot and cold) - The location was good from Flagstaff Airport and complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room, quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to him!
